We are seeking caregivers who love their work, and enjoy being connected with people, particularly residents. The successful candidate will be conscientious, considerate, honest, caring and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

• Support residents in activities of daily living, including eating, dressing, bathing, and social activities

• Manage the household including light housekeeping, meal planning, laundry etc

• Maintain state certifications including First Aid and CPR training

• Conduct daily activities with the residents, with joyfulness, integrity and compassion

• Support administrative processes including keeping organized files, logging resident activities

• Work as a member of the staff team, communicating as needed to support care plans and harmony for the residents and home

• Other responsibilities as assigned/agree

 

Qualifications

Experience as a home caregiver preferred, experience in a healthcare environment a plus, but not required

Demonstrated professional and respectful workstyle

Strong communication skills

First aid and CPR training a plus

Background checks and fingerprinting will be required

 

Candidates must be able to perform the physical demands of the job, including supporting residents in and out of seated positions.

 

Compensation

Full and part-time positions available, including night shifts.  Range $12.25 - $16.75/hour depending on experience, certifications and schedule.
